divh2Governance Program Manager/h2pIDEALFORCE has a contract position available immediately for a Governance Program Manager to join our customer in Phoenix, AZ. This is an onsite position. This position will assist and work in cooperation with the organizations Enterprise Architecture group to identify, develop, and modify policies, standards, and procedures (PSP) for the Agency in line with the Statewide PSPs. The candidate will analyze statewide policies, ascertain relevance, and translate these into a proposed Agency policies framework. After the framework is reviewed and approved, the candidate will develop Agency policies and standards. This will be followed by developing procedures and subsequently, processes for implementation and monitoring with appropriate documentation including definition of roles and responsibilities. The PSPs have to comply with State government statutes and be audit worthy for compliance, completeness, clarity, currency, enforceability, and shareability across other state agencies. The successful candidate will have prior experience specifically in the field of IT PSPs in large organizations including sound and proven experience in at least one of the disciplines like COBIT, ITIL, NIST, ISO, etc. The candidates skills will comprise of a combination of technical analyst, policy developer, and communication specialist./ppPlease find below additional details about this job.
