• NIHSS, BLS, and ACLS required
• Current BLS certification
• Physical Therapy license in the state of IL
• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

Mandatory Experience:

• Physical Therapist
• Minimum of 1 year of recent outpatient experience preferred.
• Position requires floating to clinically appropriate units as needed
