Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Occasional Saturdays may be required
Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Leasing Agent to assist prospective and current residents with their apartment leasing needs. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills and enjoy working with people in a fast-paced property management environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist prospective residents with apartment tours and leasing information
- Respond to inquiries by phone, email, and in person
- Explain rental options, pricing, policies, and community amenities
- Process rental applications and assist with lease paperwork
- Follow up with prospective residents and maintain accurate records
- Provide excellent customer service to current and prospective residents
- Assist with general office and property management duties as needed
Qualifications
- Previous leasing, property management, sales, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Excellent organizational and computer skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Spanish-speaking skills are helpful but not required
- Must be available Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with occasional Saturday availability
