Our Assistant Managers are responsible for maintaining our restaurants exceptionally clean and well run. He or she will assist the General Manager in the day-to-day operations and in managing the restaurant staff. This includes executing the Wendy's operating system and company policies. Excellent written and verbal communications skills are a must, as well as people motivation and business acumen.

The Assistant Manager reports to the General Manager and some of the duties include:

• Comply with and enforce food safety procedures
• Work with GM to meet sales and profit goals
• Manage food and labor costs
• Maintain safe working conditions
• Manage crew members
• Interview and train new hire crew members
• Maintain fast, accurate service with superior customer service
