Senior Water/Wastewater Project Manager

A growing and innovative engineering firm is looking to add a Senior Water/Wastewater Project Manager for their Indianapolis team! Responsibilities include developing proposal sections, technical approaches and scopes of work, participating in client management for assigned key clients, driving/traveling to client meetings, field work, and site inspections, identifying additional business opportunities with key clients, assisting with business development activities, coordinating duties with internal and external teams, executing the design to the appropriate level of detail, building/maintaining client relationships.

Education and/or Experience: Bachelor's degree in civil engineering from an accredited college or university, 9+ years of experience serving municipal clients involving planning, consulting, design, and construction services for a wide variety of services including water and wastewater planning and design, PE License, proficient in stormwater design preferred, experience with project management, client interaction, and staff development, client management experience preferred, experience writing proposals, scopes of work, and budgets for projected work.
