Travel CVICU Registered Nurse - $2,624 per week

MetaSense, Inc. is seeking a travel nurse RN CVICU for a travel nursing job in Rochester, Michigan. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: CVICU Discipline: RN Start Date: 03/23/2026 Duration: 12 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Minimum of 2 years of recent CVICU experience Current ACLS and BLS certifications Must be able to care for post‑op open heart patients Experience with Impella and IABP is required Schedule: 7pm - 7:30am • May request up to 1 week of RTO • Must be available to work every other weekend • Must be available for at least one holiday Job Summary: Provides leadership in the coordination and delivery of quality compassionate patient care. Utilizes the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, to provide, delegate, supervise and document care and teaching of patients and family. Effectively communicates pertinent patient/family information to health care team. Participates in finding solutions for variances from patient goals and ensures implementation of solutions. Required Skills & Experience: Clinical knowledge and analytical abilities necessary to formulate effective nursing care plans within the unit/department to which staff is assigned. Ability to perform a wide variety of professional nursing services. Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and hospital personnel. Required Education: Graduation from an accredited school of nursing. Preferred Education: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN).
