France GV Payroll/Business Analyst

Position Overview:
Spencer Thomas Group (STG) is currently looking to add to our team of consultants under our EMEA HCM Practice to support a GlobalView payroll implementation project in France. The consultant will serve as a Payroll / GlobalView Business Analyst, supporting implementation activities leading up to a January 2027 go-live.
Responsibilities:

• Provide functional and analytical support for the France payroll stream of a GlobalView implementation.
• Participate in requirements gathering, documentation, testing, and validation of payroll processes and configuration.
• Collaborate with client and vendor teams to ensure compliance with France-specific payroll and statutory requirements.
• Support data migration, parallel testing, and issue resolution during project phases.
• Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to communicate payroll requirements and ensure accurate system setup.
• Contribute to process documentation and knowledge transfer activities.

Required Qualification(s):

• Hands-on experience with ADP GlobalView implementation projects.
• Strong understanding of France payroll processes, legislation, and statutory requirements.
• Experience conducting payroll testing, data validation, and process documentation.
• Ability to communicate effectively with business and technical stakeholders in French and English.

Preferred Qualification(s):

• Experience supporting multinational payroll implementations.
• Familiarity with SAP HCM or similar HRIS environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Duration:
This is a project-based consulting opportunity with an anticipated start date of December 2025 and an initial duration through January 2027, with potential extension.

Level of Effort:
Full-time during key project phases, including testing and go-live.

Working Hours:
Primarily EMEA business hours. Remote work possible with alignment to European time zones.
