Party Host - Cast Member

Compensation $16.90 - $17.90 per hour. Commission potential: $0.50 to $10.00 per Membership sold (Exempt) and $0.15 to $3.00 per Fun Pass sold; paid bi-weekly. For non-Exempt: $2.00 to $8.00 per Membership sold, $0.60 to $2.40 per Fun Pass sold; paid bi-weekly. Responsibilities Prepare party area by setting up tables. Take orders, attend to guests, and ensure the birthday child has a blast. Perform cross-training in a variety of positions and help deliver great service. Lift or carry objects weighing 0–50 pounds during scheduled shift. Stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk, and squat as required. Handle job stress and interact effectively with guests and co-workers. Operate in an environment with flashing/flickering lights, moving mechanical parts, and loud noises. Qualifications At least 16 years of age. Available to work various shifts. Excellent customer service skills. Energetic and enthusiastic personality.
