Inventory Clerk

We're looking for an Inventory Clerk to join our team and play a critical role in supporting aircraft maintenance through inventory management, logistics coordination, reporting, and operational support.

This position is perfect for someone who enjoys staying organized, solving problems, managing inventory, and working with a team that values accuracy, accountability, and efficiency.

What You'll Do

• Manage inventory levels and maintain accurate inventory records and reporting.
• Perform cycle counts, rolling inventories, reconciliations, and quarterly audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Monitor parts availability and generate daily inventory reports to support scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities.
• Receive, stock, issue, and track aircraft parts, tools, materials, and supplies.
• Verify and maintain inventory transactions associated with maintenance work orders.
• Coordinate purchasing activities and ensure timely replenishment of inventory.
• Collect, package, document, and ship oil samples according to maintenance procedures.
• Maintain accurate records for inventory, procurement, maintenance activities, and department operations.
• Track department vehicles, including registrations, preventive maintenance schedules, inspections, and repair records.
• Assist with vendor communications, purchase orders, deliveries, and inventory inquiries.
• Support day-to-day office operations, including answering phones, responding to emails, maintaining files, and preparing reports.
• Ensure documentation is organized, audit-ready, and compliant with company and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and special projects that improve efficiency and performance.
