Oversee dining room operations by providing solution-oriented, positive, exemplary customer service. Will oversee operations within the dining room and at the hostess podium. Primary job duties involve providing leadership and oversight of dining room servers and host/hostess, supporting dining management in training, ensuring cleanliness, proper attire, reservation assignments, attending pre-meal meetings, making reservations, setting up special events, and other assigned duties.

Required experience includes two years of fine dining experience. Required skills and competencies involve knowledge of dining operations, high customer service levels, effective communication, telephone skills, math and problem-solving abilities, and good computer skills.

Physical demands involve light physical effort, standing or sitting for extended periods, leading guests to tables, and assisting with seating. Compensation is $15.00 - $19.00 per hour.
