Kildaire Family & Cosmetic Dentistry is seeking an experienced General Dentist to join our well-established, growing private practice in Cary, NC.

This is an exciting opportunity for a dentist who wants to step into a full, established patient base with strong earning potential, modern technology, and significant opportunities for professional and financial growth.

• Established, full patient schedule — step into an active patient base with immediate production opportunity
• Private practice environment with a strong focus on comprehensive, patient-centered care
• PPO & FFS practice — we accept 3 PPO plans in addition to fee-for-service patients
• Monday–Thursday schedule — enjoy a consistent four-day clinical workweek
• Flexible compensation during your first year — a daily rate or percentage of production whichever is greatest
• Production-based compensation after year one
• Potential 3-year pathway to partnership for the dentist interested in ownership — completely optional
• Modern, beautiful office designed to provide an exceptional patient and provider experience
• Advanced technology , including an iTero digital scanner
• CBCT coming this year , further expanding the practice's diagnostic and treatment capabilities

You will have the support of an established team, a full patient base, modern technology, and the opportunity to build your clinical skill set and production over time. For the right dentist, there is also a defined pathway toward partnership after three years — but there is absolutely no obligation to pursue ownership.
