Compensation: $120,000–$180,000 base + $60,000–$90,000 variable

On-Target Earnings (OTE): $180,000–$250,000, with uncapped variable compensation based on revenue target achievement

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in enterprise technology consulting, solution consulting, presales, solution architecture, or Microsoft-focused services.
• Proven track record of shaping and influencing enterprise Cloud, Data, Analytics, or AI opportunities.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data, Azure AI/AI Foundry, Power BI, and modern AI solution architectures .
• Experience leading executive customer conversations, discovery workshops, solution roadmaps, and complex proposals.
• Ability to translate technical solutions into measurable business value, including revenue growth, cost optimization, productivity, adoption, and risk reduction.
• Experience collaborating with Microsoft sellers, solution teams, or partner co-sell organizations.
• Strong commercial acumen, communication, storytelling, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a consulting, systems integration, or technology services organization.
• Demonstrated success building repeatable solution offerings, industry propositions, assessments, or accelerators.
• Familiarity with Microsoft marketplace, partner funding, and joint go-to-market programs.
• Microsoft certifications in relevant Cloud, Data, or AI technologies.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build and scale a growing practice.

About the Role

We are seeking a Practice Lead / Director – Microsoft Solutions & Sell-With to lead enterprise solution strategy, Microsoft go-to-market initiatives, and client-facing sales pursuits across Microsoft Cloud, Data, Analytics, and AI.

This is a hands-on, client-facing leadership role combining executive discovery, solution consulting, presales, Microsoft co-sell, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate can translate business challenges into compelling Microsoft-based solutions, build repeatable solution offerings, and influence opportunities from initial discovery through proposal and deal closure.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead executive-level customer discussions, discovery sessions, and solution ideation workshops.
• Shape business-led solutions across Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data, Azure AI/AI Foundry, Power BI, and modern AI solution patterns.
• Own solution positioning, value propositions, roadmaps, pursuit strategy, and complex proposals.
• Collaborate with Microsoft field sellers, partner teams, and internal sales organizations to develop and progress joint opportunities.
• Build repeatable solution plays, assessments, workshops, accelerators, playbooks, and go-to-market assets.
• Position proprietary accelerators and business solutions within relevant Microsoft opportunities.
• Leverage Microsoft co-sell, marketplace, and funding programs in collaboration with alliance leadership.
• Influence qualified pipeline, solution-led revenue, and overall business growth.
• Mentor presales and solution consulting teams and ensure smooth handoffs to architecture and delivery teams.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $120,000–$180,000 annually
• Variable Compensation: $60,000–$90,000, uncapped based on revenue target achievement
