Are you passionate about cooking and love the fast-paced energy of a food truck environment? Eugene’s Hot Chicken - Food Truck 2, located in Hoover, AL, is looking for a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our team. If you’ve got a year of experience under your belt and want to be part of a team that serves up some of the best hot chicken in town, we’d love to hear from you!
What You’ll Be DoingAs a Line Cook on our food truck, you’ll play a key role in delivering the mouthwatering flavors that Eugene’s Hot Chicken is known for. Your responsibilities will include: - Preparing and cooking menu items to perfection, ensuring quality and consistency. - Maintaining a clean and organized workstation, even in a fast-paced environment. - Following food safety and sanitation guidelines to keep everything running smoothly. - Collaborating with the team to ensure efficient service during busy hours. - Assisting with inventory and restocking as needed.
What We’re Looking ForWe’re searching for someone who brings both skill and enthusiasm to the kitchen. Here’s what we’re looking for: - Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a kitchen or food preparation role. - Skills: Strong cooking skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure. - Team Player: A positive attitude and the ability to work well with others in a close-knit team. - Attention to Detail: A focus on quality and consistency in every dish you prepare. - Adaptability: Willingness to handle the unique challenges of a food truck environment.
