We are seeking a compassionate and dependable caregiver to provide in-home support for children and individuals who need assistance with daily living activities. In this role, you will help promote comfort, safety, and independence while delivering respectful, high-quality care in a home-based setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support
• Provide support with mobility, transfers, positioning, and ambulation as needed
• Offer attentive care and supervision to help maintain a safe and nurturing environment
• Support daily routines, meal preparation, feeding assistance, and light housekeeping related to the client’s care
• Monitor and report changes in condition, behavior, or needs to the appropriate supervisor or family member
• Engage with the child or individual in a patient, positive, and age-appropriate manner
• Follow care plans, safety guidelines, and documented instructions with consistency and professionalism
• Maintain accurate records of care provided, as required

Qualifications

• Previous experience in home health, personal care, pediatric support, or a related caregiving role preferred
• Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care
• Strong communication and observation skills
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow directions carefully
• Comfort working in a home setting with children or individuals requiring assistance
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing, and assisting with mobility as needed
• Basic understanding of safety, privacy, and confidentiality practices
• Relevant certifications or training may be preferred depending on assignment requirements

• Experience supporting children with special care needs
• Familiarity with home health routines and caregiving best practices
• Ability to remain calm and supportive in changing situations
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a caring attitude
