Supporting client satisfaction and retention, the full-time Client Success Executive I will manage client accounts, analyze revenue cycle data, and collaborate with senior executives in a fully remote environment. Key responsibilities Manage assigned client accounts, prioritizing needs and deliverables with increasing autonomy Analyze revenue cycle and operational data to identify trends and improvement opportunities Facilitate client meetings and collaborate cross-functionally to align internal teams with client goals Required qualifications Associate's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field 1-3 years of experience in a client-facing, account management, or healthcare-related role Demonstrated ability to analyze information and communicate insights effectively Willingness and ability to learn healthcare revenue cycle concepts and analytics Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and web-based tools
