Grants Associate

Working in a hybrid remote capacity, the full-time Grants Associate will develop strategic and compliant budgets for grant proposals, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities while collaborating across multiple departments. Key responsibilities Prepare and submit detailed, funder-compliant budgets and proposals in partnership with various internal teams Maintain accurate grant budget records and collaborate with Accounting to reconcile funds and ensure compliance Support onboarding and deliver financial training sessions to enhance organizational knowledge of grant budgeting Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field or minimum 3 years of experience in grant and contract administration Proficiency in grant budgeting and financial monitoring for private funding Experience with financial systems and a solid understanding of basic accounting principles Strong data analysis skills and effective time management abilities Skilled in cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and capable of leading training sessions
