Job Setting

• Integrated nephrology practice. Awaiting client meeting to identify size of group, etc.
• Mix of inpatient and outpatient nephrology services.
• Dialysis management responsibilities

Workweek Schedule

• Monday-Friday, full-time position

Duties of the Position

• Provide comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of patients with acute and chronic kidney disease.
• Manage patients with hypertension, electrolyte disorders, glomerular diseases, and other renal conditions.
• Coordinate inpatient and outpatient nephrology services, including dialysis management as applicable.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized treatment plans that promote optimal patient outcomes.
• Document patient care accurately and timely within the electronic medical record.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and support organizational goals for clinical excellence.

Required Qualifications

• MD or DO degree.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Nephrology.
• Georgia medical license by start date
