Web Programmer

A digital marketing and healthcare communications organization is seeking a full-time Web Programmer to join its growing digital production team. This opportunity is available in a collaborative agency environment and focuses on building modern web experiences using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), and related front-end technologies. The team develops responsive websites, email campaigns, digital advertising assets, and interactive marketing experiences for recognizable healthcare brands.


This is an excellent opportunity for a developer who enjoys a mix of creativity and technical execution. The organization is looking for someone who can transform visual designs into engaging digital experiences while collaborating with designers, project teams, and stakeholders. Team members gain experience across multiple digital channels and work with technologies commonly used in the pharmaceutical and healthcare marketing space.


Contract Duration: 6 - 12 Months



Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of professional front-end development experience
• Strong expertise with HTML, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery
• Experience building responsive websites and web applications
• Experience developing responsive HTML emails
• Working knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) content authoring
• Ability to convert Figma or Adobe Creative Suite designs into production-ready assets
• Excellent written communication and documentation skills
• Strong attention to detail and quality assurance practices
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience

Desired Skills & Experience

• Experience creating HTML5 banner advertisements
• Google Web Designer experience
• DoubleClick Studio experience
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience working in an agency environment
• Knowledge of .NET or other server-side technologies
• Experience supporting regulated industries such as healthcare, pharma, or life sciences
• Veeva CRM or Veeva Email experience
