MRI Technologist PRN
Seacrest Behavioral Health
The MRI Technologist PRN performs routine and specialized magnetic resonance imaging of organs and blood flow, providing images and patient history to radiologists for diagnosis. Responsibilities include assisting and positioning patients with compassion, starting IVs for contrast, assessing image quality, providing post-procedure instructions, and maintaining aseptic technique between patients. The role requires a graduate of an accredited radiology program, ARRT registration (MR preferred), BCLS certification, and 2-3 years MRI experience is preferred. On-call availability and the ability to report within one hour are required. Qualifications focus on technical skills, patient care, safety procedures, and equipment preparation.
