Medical Receptionist (Part-Time)

Type: Direct Hire

Schedule: Part-Time | Friday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM | Saturday: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Responsibilities:

• Welcome patients and visitors in person and over the phone.
• Schedule patient appointments while maintaining provider flow.
• Manage front desk operations including check-in, check-out, and phone coverage.
• Retrieve, update, and maintain patient records.
• Support patient intake and ensure documentation is completed accurately.
• Collect patient payments and verify financial information.
• Communicate scheduling updates with the care team.
• Maintain the front office, waiting area, and office supplies.
• Assist with patient flow and other administrative duties as needed.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of chiropractic office experience required.
• Prior Patient Care Coordinator or chiropractic front desk experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude.
• Comfortable managing phones, scheduling, paperwork, and patient-facing responsibilities.
• Spanish preferred.

Education Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of chiropractic office experience required.
• Strong computer skills and scheduling system experience preferred.
