Qualifications Minimum Education Level: Graduate of an accredited and recognized medical school and successful completion of a GI/Hepatology Program Minimum Licensure Requirements: Eligible for medical licensing in the State of Illinois. Minimum Certification Requirements: Board certification/Board eligible in area of expertise.
