Occupational Therapist/CHT
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist or Certified Hand Therapist to join our healthcare team in Hillsboro. As an Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for evaluating, planning, and implementing comprehensive treatment programs to help patients improve their mobility, manage pain, and enhance their quality of life.
Responsibilities include conducting thorough patient evaluations and developing individualized treatment plans, performing occupational therapy treatments using various therapeutic techniques and modalities, designing and implementing rehabilitation programs for patients with diverse conditions, monitoring and documenting patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed, collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes, supervising and guiding Therapy Assistants and support staff, maintaining accurate and detailed patient records in EMR systems, educating patients and their families about treatment plans and home exercise programs, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and safety protocols, participating in team meetings and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Compensation Range: $85K - $100K Based on Experience. Sign-on bonus of up to $5K!
