Read below for more information!Track and report attendance daily to the Onsite RepresentativeDetermine if shift coverage is neededProvide support for new hires on their first day, including greeting, touring, assisting with clock in/out, introductions, training, and check-insRecognize, coach, and reinforce any GMP violations, reporting to the Onsite Representative if necessaryAssist Leads with scanning and accurately reporting dailyEnsure employees stay busy if there is extended downtime due to production changes throughout the dayComplete the “Suite D Employee Checklist” form each shift and provide the report to the Onsite RepExpected to work the line and help where needed, in addition to the other responsibilitiesMust be Bilingual - Spanish/EnglishAbility to report to work 30 minutes before the start of shift timeStrong communication skills to proactively communicate with the Onsite Representative on issues/concerns that ariseCapable of extended standing on hard surfaces and regular bending, twisting, reaching, and lifting up to 40 pounds with or without reasonable accommodationComfortable working in a production environment with damp floorsAbility to use forklift and other production equipmentEnjoy weekly pay, access to health coverage options through Benefits in a Card (including preventative and minimum value plans), and temp-to-hire opportunities for long-term stability where applicable.
