Compensation & Benefits

• $200K-$240K base salary (depending on experience and schedule)
• Up to $5,000 sign-on bonus (based off experience)

What You'll Do

• Deliver outpatient pediatric care across infancy through adolescence
• Diagnose and treat common pediatric conditions and provide same-day sick care
• Manage well-child visits, routine screenings, and developmental monitoring
• Administer immunizations and counsel families on prevention and wellness
• Order/interpret labs and diagnostics and coordinate referrals when needed
• Document care in EMR using technology-driven tools
• Partner with an integrated care team and participate in quality improvement initiatives

Requirements

• MD/DO with active NYS medical license
• Board eligible or board certified in Pediatrics
• Residency-trained in Pediatrics (ACGME accredited)
• Comfortable with outpatient pediatrics: well visits, sick visits, and continuity care
• EMR proficiency; strong HIPAA compliance
• BLS/PALS required; ACLS and Infection Control preferred
• Pediatrics experience preferred; Spanish language skills a plus
• Newly trained Pediatricians encouraged to apply
