Temp - Physical Therapist (PT)

Job Title

Perm address must be 50+ miles from facility. Limited RTO preferred. No more than 5 days. EMR: McKesson Patient ratios: can vary but typically 12-15 patients per shift. Patient population: Adolescent-Geriatric

Provides patient/resident therapy evaluations and/or treatments according to established policies and procedures for pediatric to geriatric patients

Outpatient setting with ortho, neuro, and general medical patient caseload

This position will cover shifts in outpatient Physical Therapy

Minimum 2 years current Physical Therapy experience [REQUIRED]

NO NEW GRADS

Outpatient experience [REQUIRED]

Inpatient experience [HIGHLY PREFERRED]
