About the Role:

• Provide high-quality pet bathing and grooming in a fully equipped, luxury grooming van
• Communicate with pet parents to understand grooming needs
• Ensure pets are safe, calm, and well cared for during sessions
• Keep your mobile unit clean and organized
• Be punctual — we handle all scheduling for you!

Qualifications:

• No prior grooming experience required — we'll train you!
• Must have experience working with animals; ideal candidate will have bathing experience
• Must have excellent customer service skills
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Able to lift pets up to 75 lbs
• Friendly, reliable, and great with people and pets

Compensation & Perks:

• $25–$35+ per hour (including tips)
• $1,200–$1,400 per week for full-time
• Biweekly pay
• Up to 12 days PTO
