LPN / LVN Travel Job in Waco, TX

Shift: 06:00am - 02:00pm

Responsibilities: Provide care for patients - manage medication administration and treatments; provide medication education and complete documentation. Perform computer data entry - Receive full training. Comply with facility Standard Operating Procedures to meet standards for accrediting agencies; specifically, Joint Commission guidelines, CMS Standards, WCY Policy and Directives and client Standards, Rules and Directives.

Requirements: Must possess valid LVN license. Must comply with client immunization requirements. Must submit to client required drug test. Must submit to client required fingerprinting. Must complete facility and client required training.

Weekly Pay: $1586 - $1669
