In this role, you will operate commercial embroidery equipment to produce high-quality embroidered apparel and products while meeting production schedules and quality standards. Experience operating Barudan or Tajima embroidery machines is preferred. Experience with embroidery digitizing is a plus but is not required. Key Responsibilities Operate commercial embroidery machines, including Barudan and Tajima equipment. Review work orders, production schedules, garment specifications, and special instructions before production. Properly hoop garments and position designs for accurate embroidery placement. Load embroidery designs into machines and verify design files. Set up thread colors according to production specifications. Verify garment style, size, quantities, and artwork before production. Load and unload garments throughout the embroidery process. Monitor machine performance and product quality during production. Identify and report production issues or equipment concerns. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow all company safety policies and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE). Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Required High school diploma or GED. 2+ years of embroidery machine operation experience. Ability to accurately distinguish thread and garment colors. Basic reading, writing, and math skills. Strong attention to detail and quality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Dependable with excellent attendance. Good organizational and time management skills. Preferred Experience operating Barudan or Tajima embroidery machines. Experience with embroidery digitizing software. Experience in apparel decoration, textile manufacturing, or production environments.
