Job Description About the Role:The Manufacturing Operations III role is focused on converting raw materials and components into finished goods. This includes general production work, assembling components, processing batches of materials, operating machine tools, and packaging finished goods. You will support Takeda's mission by ensuring efficient and high-quality production processes.How you will contribute:Perform general production manufacturing workAssemble finished components or parts into finished productsProcess manufacturing batches of bulk materials/ingredients Operate machine tools to convert materials into parts, sub-assemblies, and assembliesConduct surface finishing of parts, components, and assembled itemsPackage materials or finished goods into containers for protection, display, and handlingSkills and qualifications:Apply Good Manufacturing Practices independently in routine and moderately complex situations.Use Product and Manufacturing Information to enhance production quality and efficiency.Implement Continuous Improvement Process strategies to improve production workflows.Conduct Quality Control assessments independently, ensuring products meet strict standards.Troubleshoot production issues, minimizing downtime and maintaining workflow continuity.Collaborate with teams across departments to achieve production goals and improve processes.Maintain and troubleshoot equipment to ensure safety.Plan and implement production schedules to meet targets and improve resource use.Manage safety protocols to provide a secure working environment for all staff.Apply lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste and increase production efficiency.Ensure production outputs.Communicate with team members and across departments to facilitate smooth operations.Important ConsiderationsAt Takeda, our patients rely on us to deliver quality products. As a result, we must follow strict rules in our manufacturing facilities to ensure we are not endangering the quality of the product. You may:Work in a controlled environment requiring special gowning and wear protective clothing over the head, face, hands, feet and body. For Location: USA - GA - Social Circle - Hwy 278 U.S. Hourly Wage Range: $18.85 - $29.62 The estimated hourly wage range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual hourly wage offered may depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained , certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The actual hourly wage offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location. U.S. based e mployee s may be eligible for s hort - t erm incentives .
