QUALITY Analyst (Bachelor's)

Quality Analyst (Bilingual English/Spanish) Bachelor's degree required. Pay: $75,000–$90,000 per year. Location: Gardena, CA. Industry: Personal care manufacturing. Position Summary This role is responsible for establishing, implementing, monitoring, and enforcing quality control standards within a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong quality background, personal care or OTC manufacturing experience, excellent problem‑solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments. This position plays a key role in conducting investigations, performing root cause analysis, managing non‑conformance reports, addressing customer complaints, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to ensure compliance with cGMP and quality standards. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, or a related field (OTC or Personal Care manufacturing experience preferred). Minimum of 2 years of Quality Assurance experience in a manufacturing environment. Bilingual in English and Spanish (required). Experience conducting quality inspections, audits, investigations, and testing. Strong understanding of quality systems, cGMP regulations, and industry standards. Experience with root cause analysis, CAPA, non‑conformance investigations, and customer complaint resolution. Proficiency with QA databases, Microsoft Office Suite, and quality management systems. Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills. Strong communication and cross‑functional collaboration abilities.
