Personal Insurance Advisor (North Florida)

Boyd Insurance & Investments is seeking to hire an experienced, dynamic, self-motivated professional eager to serve the community with providing the best client insurance experience to join the personal lines team as a Personal Advisor. These values shape how we serve our clients, support one another, and grow together. How You Will Contribute: Sell and renew insurance to businesses in the community and the region. Customer focused mindset. Focus on new sales and cross-sales of existing clients. Sales mindset. Promote andsupport cross-selling strategies for existing clients and new client prospects. Identify, cultivate, propose, and bind new business. Actively pursue new client prospects through networking and referrals. Manage and renew existing clients annually. Attention to detail and accuracy. Time management and multitasking. Assist in collecting required coverage information and premiums. Maintain proper documentation for existing clients and new client prospects. Foster and cultivate relationships with teammates. Uphold the highest standards of personal conduct. Skills and Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred. Minimum of 3 to 5+ years of insurance sales experience. Active 220 Property & Casualty license. Good Motor Vehicle Record and maintain minimum insurance coverages. Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
