Title: Field Technician

Location: White Sands Missile Range, NM 88002

Payrate: $26.35/hr. on W2

Visa: US Citizens

Duration: 06 Months Contract with potential Extension

Shift: 4/10 1st Shift 6:00 AM - 4:45 PM

Roles & Responsibilities:

Installs, operates, maintains, repairs and modifies equipment.
Performs a variety of maintenance and technical support on products such as equipment, integrated systems and subsystems, and software at customer and/or field locations.
Analyzes and evaluates products and related performance.
Troubleshoots and diagnoses malfunctions to eliminate problem in minimum time.
Installs, upgrades and removes products ensuring coordinative engineering field change.
Maintains effective customer communications and relations.
May provide onsite training of customer support personnel.
This position will be supporting all Products produced by MFC including PAC3, GMLRS, PrSM, ATACMS.

Basic Skills:

High School Diploma (BS not required)
Technician with previous hands-on experience
Previous experience with Mechanical Assembly in Aerospace systems
Previous experience with Electrical Test Equipment
Experience working with Standard Procedures
Experience with Critical Test Equipment (Mechanical or Electrical)
Experience with Explosives a plus In this position the candidate selected will be exposed to and handling explosives.
Safety shoes are required for this position.
