Warehouse Associate(1st Shift)- Pay up to $19/hr- IN.

Location: Lebanon, IN 

Pay: $19/hr

Shift: 1st- 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Pick and pack orders using RF handheld scanners.
• Load and unload trucks and containers.
• Stock inventory and replenish warehouse locations.
• Process orders using a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Receive incoming products and update inventory records.
• Stage, transport, and store products within the warehouse.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory control activities.
• Operate or train to operate forklifts, reach trucks, turret trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 6 months of equipment operating experience.
• Reach truck or turret truck experience preferred.
• Experience using RF scanners.
• Experience working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Ability to load, unload, lift, and move materials safely.
• Strong attendance and reliability record.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience.
• Forklift, cherry picker, or pallet jack experience.
• Shipping and receiving experience.
• Inventory control and cycle count experience.
• Material handling experience.

This is a Contract position based out of Lebanon, IN 46052.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
