Job Title

Registered Nurse – Cardiac Cath Lab / EP

Location

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Days | 4 x 10-hour shifts, 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

• Function proficiently in all three procedural roles: medication nurse, circulator, and scrub technician within the Cardiac Cath Lab setting
• Perform telemetry interpretation and monitor patients for cardiac rhythm changes throughout procedures
• Manage ventilated patients and provide appropriate respiratory support as needed
• Perform IV insertions and PICC line placement and maintenance
• Assist with cardiac catheterization and electrophysiology procedures in compliance with facility protocols
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, high-quality patient care throughout all phases of procedural care

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – Georgia state license or Compact license required and must be in hand at time of submission
• Minimum of 18 months of Cardiac Cath Lab experience
• Current AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Current AHA Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Demonstrated proficiency in telemetry interpretation, ventilator management, IV insertion, and PICC lines
• Ability to perform scrub, circulator, and medication nurse roles independently

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior scrub experience in a Cardiac Cath Lab or EP lab environment
• Professional reference available upon request
