Compensation: Starting from $21.20/hour Shift/Working Hours: Full-time. MondayThursday, 7:00 AM5:30 PM

About the role: PrideStaff is partnering with a food manufacturing and warehouse facility in Arden, NC to fill a Warehouse Associate role. In this position, you will safely handle, process, and package bulk and retail unrefined sea salt products.

What you will do:

• Process, package, and handle bulk and retail batches of sea salt while maintaining product quality standards.
• Perform general warehouse tasks, maintain inventory flow, and keep the work area clean and safe.
• Follow food-handling guidelines and wear all required personal protective equipment (PPE).

• Ability to handle physical warehouse tasks, including climbing stairs and lifting up to 100 pounds with team assistance or mechanical equipment.
• Basic math and communication skills.
• Ability to work comfortably in a moderate-to-high noise level production environment.
• Must be able to drive a forklift.
