Senior Community Caregiver AM & 12-Hour Shifts | Buffalo Grove, IL
Open Arms Solutions is hiring compassionate and dependable caregivers in Buffalo Grove and nearby communities to support seniors at our senior living community in Wheeling, IL.

What Youll Do
As a Senior Community Caregiver, youll help residents feel safe, comfortable, respected, and supported throughout their day.
Responsibilities may include:
- Assisting with personal care and activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Providing companionship and meaningful social engagement
- Assisting with mobility, transfers, and safe positioning
- Supporting meals, hydration, and daily routines
- Providing light housekeeping and maintaining a comfortable environment
- Following each residents individual preferences and care needs
- Providing compassionate, respectful, and dependable support
AM, Day & 12-Hour Shifts Available
Were currently hiring caregivers for morning, daytime, and 12-hour shifts, with options to fit different schedules.
- 8-hour AM shifts: 6:00 AM1:00 PM or 7:00 AM2:00 PM
- 12-hour day shifts: 8:00 AM8:00 PM
- 12-hour overnight shifts: 8:00 PM8:00 AM
- MondayFriday: Consistent AM shift opportunities
- Weekends: Every other weekend availability required
- Availability: Open availability on at least 4 days per week
- Immediate openings: Start soon and make a difference right away!
Pay & Benefits
- $18.00 per hour

What Were Looking For
- 18 years of age or older
- At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience
- Experience in home care, CNA, HHA, DSP, assisted living, nursing home, or similar settings
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Ability to pass required background screenings
- Nursing students are encouraged to apply!
