Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Active Arizona Physical Therapy license required prior to the assignment start. BLS certification from AHA or ARC required. Experience in outpatient and inpatient hospital settings preferred. Experience with ReDoc and MedHost electronic medical records preferred. Ability to manage a typical caseload of approximately 9–11 patients per day. Willingness to work weekend shifts as required by the facility. Assignment Details Facility Type: Hospital. Shift Name: Days. Shift Details: Days 0700-1600. Typical outpatient hours: 0800-1700 Monday–Thursday and 0800-1300 Friday. Weekend shifts required. Outpatient role with occasional inpatient coverage as needed.
