Strategic Operations Associate - Atlanta, GA

Field-based operations associate supporting surgical equipment accounts in the Atlanta area. Coordinates with regional leadership, manages customer relationships, and ensures proper maintenance of endoscopy equipment while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide account coverage and coordinate with field operations leadership for planning and administration
• Assess and report performance metrics for OnSite Specialists and Team Leads
• Support implementation of new customer accounts and scope of work analysis
• Troubleshoot and maintain Stryker Endoscopy equipment in clinical settings
• Build relationships and interact with surgeons, OR personnel, hospital administration, and sales partners

Requirements

• OnSite Operations background preferred
• Basic knowledge of Stryker Endoscopy products and programs
• Excellent leadership, organization, and analytical skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
• Valid unrestricted driver's license with appropriate insurance
• Ability to handle high-stress situations and manage multiple complex problems

Compensation: $64,400 - $94,400 USD Annual
