Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Specialist to support our operational and administrative functions. In this role, you will be responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining various types of data in our systems with a high degree of accuracy and speed. The ideal candidate is dependable, tech-savvy, and comfortable working independently or collaboratively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter data into internal databases, spreadsheets, or software platforms.
• Review and verify data for completeness, consistency, and accuracy.
• Maintain and update records, ensuring information is current and well-organized.
• Perform regular data audits and clean-up activities.
• Identify and correct data entry errors and report any inconsistencies.
• Assist with generating reports and summaries as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure data integrity across departments.
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associates or bachelors degree a plus.
• Proven experience in data entry, administration, or related role.
• Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and data entry software.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, Google Workspace, or other business tools is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
