DSHS ESA Social Service Specialist 3 Are you ready to embark on the next step of your social service career as a Social Service Specialist 3 Leadworker? Consider this exciting opportunity with the Virtual Case Management Center (VCMC) Social Services Team. This opportunity has the option of a hybrid and teleworking work schedule. You'll complete in-depth assessments, develop case and employability plans, and connect clients to vital resources such as medical care, mental health counseling, education, and employment programs. Many of the people you'll serve face complex challenges including disability, chronic health conditions, trauma, or economic hardship. Your expertise and compassion will help them build stability and independence.
