Job Summary The Labor and Delivery (L&D) Registered Nurse position is based in Mauston, Wisconsin. Key Details Specialty: Labor and Delivery Discipline: RN Start Date: 07/20/2026 Duration: 13 weeks Hours per Week: 36 Shift: 12‑hour nights Employment Type: Travel Responsibilities Perform initial nursing assessments and manage labor and delivery. Conduct neonatal resuscitation and monitor fetal and maternal conditions. Provide patient and family education regarding labor, delivery, and newborn care. Respond promptly to medical emergencies in a fast‑paced environment. Qualifications Minimum two‑year nursing degree; four‑year degree preferred. Must hold and maintain a Wisconsin Registered Nursing license. Intermediate proficiency with computers and comprehensive nursing skills. Strong quantitative, analytical, interpersonal, communication, and problem‑solving skills. Experience in labor and delivery nursing is essential. Certifications: AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) within 1 month, Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) within 6 months, STABLE within 1 year, Intermediate Fetal Monitoring within 1 year.
