Retail Supervisor - FT

Gift Shop Supervisor

Supervise and support daily gift shop operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.

Train, coach, and lead retail associates to provide exceptional guest service and drive sales results.

Monitor staff performance and provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and training.

Assist with employee scheduling and shift assignments.

Ensure all guests receive prompt, friendly, and professional service.

Resolve guest concerns and service issues in a timely and professional manner.

Operate and oversee point-of-sale transactions, including cash handling, returns, exchanges, and reconciliations.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe retail environment.

Maintain visual merchandising displays and ensure product presentation meets company standards.

Ensure accurate opening and closing procedures are completed for each shift.

Ensure compliance with all company policies, gaming regulations, and applicable laws.

Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

Minimum of six months of retail experience.

High school diploma or equivalent experience.

Exceptional guest service and interpersonal skills.

Strong leadership and team development skills.

Knowledge of retail sales techniques and merchandising principles.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.

Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.
