This position is for an Operations Program Manager (OPM) supporting the Largo Consolidated Manufacturing Center (CMC). The OPM is responsible for supporting the overall manufacturing operations for a large program or suite of programs within a product line portfolio with annual revenue between $25M and $50M. They are expected to oversee and coordinate all operational aspects of ongoing programs and serves as a liaison between program management, project team, and factory management. The OPM will make strategic decisions for the direction of the program related to financial performance and manufacturing plans. The OPM should have a comprehensive understanding of all aspects of production including a thorough understanding of manufacturing related policies/procedures/practices, manufacturing quality standards, and DOD requirements. The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
