What We Offer: Health, Dental, Vision, Life & Disability Insurance Paid vacation 4- or 5-day work weeks Simple IRA with company match Key Responsibilities: Inspect parts and materials for defects and nonconformities according to set standards and specifications Document inspection results, measurements, and findings accurately Interpret and review technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions to ensure product conformity Assist operators with equipment setup and quality checks as needed Identify and report quality issues or trends and suggest corrective actions Maintain a safe and organized work environment compliant with company policies Participate in quality audits and continuous improvement initiatives Required Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in quality control or a manufacturing environment preferred Basic knowledge of measuring tools, such as tape measures, calipers, micrometers, and protractors Understanding of measurement principles and quality standards Ability to interpret technical documents, drawings, and blueprints Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Good verbal and written communication abilities Basic computer skills for data entry and report preparation Preferred Qualifications: Post-secondary training in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field Experience with ISO 9001 or other quality management systems Familiarity with root cause analysis methods (e.g., 5 Whys, Fishbone Diagram) Previous experience with metal fabrication processesAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a team Attention to detail and commitment to product quality Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills Adaptability to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment Professionalism and a positive attitude Commitment to continuous improvement and workplace safety Metal-Tech Partners is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
