Business Office Manager
Location: Taunton, Massachusetts
Job Type: FULL_TIME
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Business Office Manager to join our team at RegalCare at Taunton. As a key member of our administration team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business office, providing exceptional service to our residents, families, and third-party payers.
Responsibilities:
Manage resident billing and collections, including Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance
Maintain accurate financial records and reports
Work closely with residents, families, and third-party payers to resolve billing issues
Support daily business office operations, including Resident Funds (RFMS)
Ensure compliance with Medicare and Medicaid application requirements
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Business Office Manager in a nursing home or long-term care facility
Proficiency in Medicare and Medicaid application compliance
Strong organizational and communication skills
Detail-oriented and dependable
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
