About the Role:

Amish Country Gazebos is looking for a motivated and personable Customer Success Specialist to join their growing team! In this role, you'll be the key connection between our customers and our company, ensuring every interaction leaves a lasting positive impression. Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service and serve as the primary point of contact for customers.

Process paperwork accurately.

Handle replacement pieces for customers.

Prepare logistics paperwork for deliveries and installations.

Assist with purchasing and vendor coordination.

Help manage inventory and maintain accurate inventory records.

Provide general administrative support to the shop.

Communicate with customers regarding order status, scheduling, and delivery updates.

Work closely with the shop to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time.

Requirements:

1–3 years of experience in customer service, customer success, or a related role preferred.

Excellent communication, phone, and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Positive, customer-focused attitude with strong problem-solving abilities.

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus, but not required.

Experience working with freight carriers or coordinating shipments is a plus.

Familiarity with outdoor structures or the construction/building products industry is a plus.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
