This person will play a pivotal role in managing data in close coordination with bankers, COO Group colleagues, Finance, and IT partners, while also providing essential support to bankers and users of the Banking Division CRM platform./ppSummary Responsibilities:/pulliMaster the processes involved in accessing and editing data in the CRM Platform (OneBanker/Salesforce)/liliDevelop and maintain thorough knowledge of the data and workflows in the CRM platform/liliContribute to the efficient and accurate monthly reconciliation of financial data/liliProvide user support to bankers and other staff that use the CRM/liliSupport COO Group colleagues as needed/li/ulpRequirements:/pulli1-3 years of experience in finance or accounting/liliStrong analytical and problem-solving skills/liliAbility to quickly learn, understand, and master processes and data management/liliStrong verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills/liliAttention to detail, strong quantitative skills, and high commitment to data accuracy/liliAdvanced Word, Excel (including nested formulas, macros, pivot tables, look-ups and VBA), SQL, and PowerPoint/liliMotivated self-starter and team player who can navigate ambiguity effectively and drive decisions and change through influence and persuasion/liliFamiliarity with investment and corporate banking and capital market products/liliKnowledge of Salesforce, Snowflake, PowerBI, Capital IQ, Python, and Dealogic a plus/liliDemonstrate sense of urgency in meeting challenging deadlines and achieving goals/liliComfort working in a multicultural environment/liliLegal authorization to work in the United States/li/ulpLocation: 1271 Avenue of the Americas (6th avenue between 50-51st street in Manhattan) Terms: onsite 4 days a week/ppInterview process: 1 video interview and 1 in-person interview.
