Litigation Claims Manager in Property and Liability

12 Months / 8 hours per day

Preferred Experience :

Experience in handling high value, complex litigated liability claims to resolution. Monitoring and
providing support to counsel during negations with plaintiff attorneys. Participation in settlement
conferences and mediations. Experience in depositions, especially as a subject matter expert related to
claims handling. Knowledge of basic legal principles. Please include any state licenses/certifications
