Orthopedic Operating Room Nurse

We are recruiting for our Joint Replacement division (Orthopedics / Knee-Hip).

Join Stryker to contribute to the development of the Ile de France region by providing high-level technical support to medical teams.

Your Missions

Commercial Advice

• Support commercial efficiency by taking charge of technical aspects alongside the sector commercial
• Enhance Stryker products during operating room assistances and demonstrations
• Clearly present product features and benefits, in respect of Stryker standards
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of client relationships
• Perform competitive surveillance and relay relevant field information

Technical Support

• Independently assist surgeons in the operating room
• Support operating room staff in mastering Stryker ancillary products
• Conduct training sessions and demonstrations for clients
• Support the implementation of the client empowerment plan
• Train internal teams on product ranges and their use

Coordination Sales & Technical Support & Commercial

• Relay depot needs and analyze client stock management needs
• Provide occasional help for depot inventories
• Participate in the management of pendings, regularizations, and logistics coordination
• Co-manage product logistics with internal teams

Administrative & Logistical Responsibilities

• Ensure logistical follow-up of orders and preparations via KitBooking
• Ensure traceability of kits and transmission of shuttle sheets
• Report activity accurately in Nexus
• Relay real-time malfunctions and delivery incidents

Cross-collaboration between divisions

• Build internal network and collaborate with other divisions
• Participate in specific meetings if requested
• Relay client opportunities that could benefit other teams

• You are passionate about the operating room and orthopedics particularly interests you

• You are recognized for your availability, autonomy, and organizational skills
• The position is based in home office. It requires daily travel to assist our clients. Occasional missions outside this geographical area may be requested depending on client needs

Required Skills:

• You have the diploma of IBODE or are holder of Transitional Measures (MT10)
• Valid drivers license
• Registration with the nursing order

Desired Skills:

• Experience in Orthopedics. You will in any case be accompanied to develop skills on the hip & knee range
• Fluency in English will be considered an asset within an international group and on an evolving function
