Position Details * Role: Apartment Maintenance Technician * Location: Salt Lake City, UT 84101 * Pay: $22-$23/hr * Schedule: M - F 9-5pm * Start Date: ASAP * Opportunity Type: Contract Responsibilities * Complete work orders efficiently and professionally * Perform general maintenance tasks, including: * Basic plumbing repairs * Electrical troubleshooting * Appliance diagnostics and repair * Carpentry, drywall, and general upkeep * Assist with unit turns and make‑ready preparation * Maintain community grounds, common areas, and amenities * Respond to resident requests with a friendly, professional attitude * Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards Requirements * Previous apartment maintenance experience preferred * Strong knowledge of general maintenance functions * Ability to troubleshoot and complete repairs independently * Reliable, punctual, and detail‑oriented * Strong communication and customer service skills BG Staffing is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
